  • Restore Your Core®

    Spring Series Dates and Times: 7 Mondays 5/6-6/24, 11am-12pm

    Restore Your Core® is designed to build a foundation of strength and stability through your core, pelvic floor, and overall body as an integrated system. This program is especially beneficial for recovering from the changes that take place through pregnancy and childbirth. It is also useful for anyone experiencing a number of pelvic and core issues. Whether you are looking for support and community through the post-pregnancy transition, have experienced a birth trauma, or are at another stage in your pelvic/core health journey, class is for you!

    The Spring Series runs 7 classes in May and June at Dance With Me Studio in Philomath. Sign up for one class or the whole series. Each session includes dedicated time for questions and answers, comprehensive exercise handouts, and the opportunity to connect with others sharing similar experiences. Babies and little ones are welcome!

  • 26 & 2 Yoga

    $12/single class | $80/8 classes

    NO CLASS MEMORIAL DAY 5/27/24

    The 26 & 2 yoga series is a beginning yoga class designed to systematically work your whole body. Postures are straightforward and taught step-by-step.

    These classes take place at Dance With Me studio in Philomath on an ongoing basis. Although better known for being practiced in high heat, this class is taught at room temperature. Mondays 9:30am-10:45am. Summer Break for the month of July. Classes resume August 5th.

  • Massage Therapy

    Hillary’s approach to massage is intuitive and is based on myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Sessions may include:

    • General therapeutic massage

    • Sports massage/youth sports massage

    • Medical/clinical referral based treatment

    • Scar tissue release
